2 year agoAl Shabab group has briefly seized a police station in Mogadishu's Kahda after suicide and gun attack. The group also carried out a car bomb explosion in Daruslam area of Mogadishu where two children were killed and 16 others, including three soldiers were also wounded
Reports of at least two explosions, gunfire in the south and northern suburbs of Mogadishu. The first explosion occurred in Kahda as suspected Al-Shabaab militants attacked a police station. A second explosion was reported in Dar Al-Salaam neighbourhood in Yaqshid

2 year agoAn IED blast targeted a convoy of Kenyan troops on the outskirts of Lamu in Kenya's North Eastern Province near Somalia border, residents. The Kenyan troops traveled from Milimani to Mangay in Lamu County. Al-Shabaab claims it killed at least 15 soldiers. No word from KDF
