US-trained Somali forces, Danab, backed by AMISOM attacked Basra village area which has been an Al-Shabab bastion, late Tue. Basra which locates in agricultural zone was used by militants to launch attacks on the main Bal'ad-Jowhar Highway. Reports say allied forces seized it.
